Moolie  (mu:li) noun

riches, treasure or

a term of endearment

- my treasure, my dear

The real riches and treasure we wish for is for you to be with us on our wedding day.

But If you feel moved to give more than that then please make a donation to Maggie's Centre which means alot to us personally.

If you really would rather give a gift we know it can be helpful to have a list (even if we've felt a bit uncomfortable creating one). We've put together a wish list of special things that would be lasting reminders of your generosity and part in the celebration of our marriage.

Puffin Patchworks, aka Magghi Maclean, makes stunning quilts and cushions from recycled tweeds, tartans, wools and cottons. We donated a huge hoard of vintage tweed to her from the Border Mills that had been lying dormant in Eilidh's Granny's attic for several decades, and it now flies all over the world as part of her beautiful creations. We've asked her to make some cushions for us... each one costs £80 and will be a feather fllled floor cushion big enough to sit on. If you'd like to order one for us (you generous soul), then please head on over to her website below and get in touch with her. She has the design brief and is lovely to do business with.

Then as tradition has it, we've combed the departments of dear old John Lewis and picked out some coveted bits and pieces.

You can call into the gift list department at your nearest branch, visit  johnlewisgiftlist.com or call 0345 600 2202.

You'll need the gift list number, which is 647340 The list will be be open from the 28th of November until the 23rd of January.

Finally, if you'd rather get something for Amaya, then anything from Myriad Natural Toys and Crafts would be lovely. Call them to place your order so they can ensure there are no doubles.
